  1. ITAB → xstring 변환
    함수 : HR_JP_CONV_TAB_TO_CP_XSTR (컬럼구분:09, 행구분:0D0A)
    한글 변환을 위해선 code page enhance 필요
  2. xstring → binary 변환
    함수 : SCMS_XSTRING_TO_BINARY
  3. 이메일 발송
    함수 : SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1
